I actually messaged Senator Wieckowski (the writer of the SB 13 bill) asking what happens after the 5 years is up? 

They had gather all my informations and said the under writer had Approved.

Lots of business owners and really smart dudes on that site along with one senior writer for Forbes..

I'm sure the writer wasn't trying to be disingenuous, but since the original question was posed by @Brookshire Harris, who I presume is new to all these systems, it's important that we are precise in our comments.

Hi all, I'm a freelance writer, and what you might call an accidental landlord.

It takes less that 5 minutes on google to find out that a story about "growing up in the country and looking for land on which raise your own family" is a total fabrication and that the letter writer is a realtor.  

@Hilary Catton Up until late last week, on the BiggerPockets Blog, above the writer's name and just under the main photograph was a total number of shares.Now it reads as follows in the attached image.

Agents are the ever optimist when penning a listing and use almost as much cliché & spin as a political speech writer.
