Yes there is more risk and a longer timeline from the start of the deal to exit but you should also be making significantly more than the average fix and flip for the effort to be worthwhile.

i think that being a mortgage broker not for a bank but for a non bank is not worth while unless you can earn a specific dollar figure each deal so if anybody can help a self driven indivisual like myself that would be great thanks
