The woman had lived in this home for 86 years, she had moved there with her parents when she was 12.

***In Philadelphia, PA, a friend of mine introduced me to a woman who was,  56 years old, and is in desperate need in moving out of her state.

We have a woman now who moved into her exhusband's house, then claimed she was now his common law wife, that she was entitled to the house and half his 401K and we have been working since november of 2014 to get her out.

One of my friends suggested I may be having issues because I am a woman,  I would like to think that this is not the case.

However, if the husband and woman check all the boxes in terms of being good tenants, and financially there are no concerns with them making the rent payments, why not screen those two and just make sure the grandson, daughter, and boyfriend are all simply listed as "additional occupants?"

What would this woman have done 50 years ago with no central air ?

She was a woman who was on both of their Facebook friends list, she wasn't a realtor or a property manager, and she didn't show as the owner of the residence.
