The Real estate geared classes will usually have a 10 min plug for the marketing business, but as long as you are fine with that going in, you know what to expect.I go to both types of events because I need to know marketing basics and they transfer over to sales of all kinds. 

Then it would depend on the type of property meaning a positive geared or negative Geared property and last but not least and the most in important it depends on what your goals are and what is the strategy that you’re using to achieve those goals

I've had a hard time finding meetups geared towards notes.

I’m leaning toward theirs vs michael blank, Michaels seems more geared toward syndication and presenting to investors which I am not doing.

In most cases I don't hear many looking to Prince George's as a strategy geared towards appreciation.

He is a real person of action and it really kicks me into gear when I listen to him speak.
