Getting a job in the real estate industry would be a great way to get your feet wet in real estate and get paid.

I'm currently in the Racine/Kenosha DFD's, sticky notes, Letgo app, CL and got some leads from a couple people trying to help me get my feet wet.

@Dan Barli to get our feet wet I think we are going to try to do a single family home in Ellettsville, a town nearby, close to home since we will do a lot of the rehab work ourselves for the first one.

Are platforms like NotesDirect a good source to start with to do one off deals and get my feet wet?

If not, consider something where you can get your feet wet and gain some experience.

After I get done the pile of books I have related to note investing, does anyone have good suggestions on ways I can get started that can help me get my feet wet?

I've done quite a bit of reading and research, and though I will continue to do so, I DO feel that at this point the only thing that is going to actually further my knowledge or get me going is real life, hands on experience...So I'm ready to bypass any more "feet wetting" and simply dive in!!

They don't have time to take each and every one to coffee and see who is right to help..My suggestion,  You gotta to prove yourself that you are passionate, motivated and willing to take risk, ready to get your feet wet.
