We do so many of these (and warehouse our own regularly used materials), that most of our rehabs come in at HALF the price of what a decent contractor would charge us.  

Everyone has a different comfort zone for temperature, so if they want it cold, they can pay for it.

Have any of you used cozy to collect rent for your warehouse or other type of commercial property not including apartments? 

We're getting interest rates at 3.25, 3.5 for warehouse in Dallas.

In Collegedale/Ooltewah area there is McKee Foods (little debbie snacks), a Volkswagen plant, an Amazon warehouse, a FedEx warehouse, and many more companies. 

I would consider both....Did you hear about that warehouse they're building out near Olathe?

Aloha,Rather than a thermometer to give you only the current temp, I recommend you get a temperature data logger such as this:https://www.amazon.com/Elitech...You place this in a room for 24 - 48 hours and it will chart the temperature over time, clearly showing when HVAC cycles on and off.
