How can I verify the Opex of the property prior to submitting an offer?

The question in fact was more of a billing/receipt question to verify an amount I had paid to RLS and had been informed at the initial consultation with them that this amount would be tax deductible. 

No showings unless verified POF or a PA with an inspection contingency.

Also, do you know if they verify the previous LL is actually the true owner of the property via tax or other records?
