3- If you are victorious can you get other side to pay your legal fees?

First of all, I'm upset because this wasn't what was advertised, I wasn't trying to buy a piece of trash.  

I love that place with all my heart and it is very upsetting. 

But now she is upset that there is a reoccurring issue with a shower leak in the house.

., showing me a $250 water bill that he said NEEDS to be taken care of by the tenant.......I'm extremely frustrated, upset and feel under appreciated - having gone so far to get the tenant to reply back and even NEGOTIATE PAYING some feb rent.....The deal offered was already more than the owner was expecting and he wanted me to go back and ask for the water bill too.....In my opinion it's risking losing a good offer, to go through eviction over just $250.....

Perhaps your tenant feels the same.I would much rather have a tenant pay me with cash/cashiers check and go home content that they paid rent on time, rather than demand that they pay me via a certain medium and they go home (to my house by the way) upset, complaining that the landlord is mean and pushy over something that may appear to the tenant as very simple.

I will add to what @Jeff B. said:If your PM is doing a good job tenant/owner interaction only undercuts their work and very likely upsets any systems and methods they have in place.

He seems to be looking for a reason to be upset at this point, so I'm wondering if I should just give him space and deal with the yard on the back end.
