Hello, i heard somewhere that when remodeling a rental house i should try to keep everything basic as many people have different taste as far as color and design.

But something tells me once they get a taste of the real-world we wont have a problem getting them back their 75k+ jobs for 9 months of work. 

Pay to vacate may put a bad taste in your mouth but it’s faster and less costly than going to court with the eviction process.  

The kitchen counters are not my taste with that cabinet color scheme. 

But the whole way they handled it left a sour taste in my mouth and I threatened to not close unless they credited the prorated amount.

@Todd Powell had a family friend some months ago who was on vacation in Australia and made a private FB post of a in poor taste South African joke that any South African from Durban would totally relate to, but, someone got hold of it and spun this thing out on FB and then onto youtube as rampantly racist, and it went viral world wide.

If the agent left a bad taste in your mouth you can always review them on sites like Yelp, Google+, Zillow, etc. 

I thought about doing that but to be honest, renting anything in California is way too sketchy for my taste. 

I got a taste on what it takes to manage apartments and I got to see what 18k+ looks like monthly.
