I was thinking there will be more leads because I was planning on calling about 60-70 leads a day as my routine.

I started doing a regular routine of enzyme treatments every few months I use either Ridex or the enzyme sticks by Green Gobbler down each sink and shower every month or so and no problems since. 

People are paying well over asking routinely and have lost sight of whether it is a good investment because many are simply buying to as a 2nd home to escape to on the  weekends.

A question such as "What does your daily routine look like?"

Or when routine inspection (every 6-12 month) happen it should be obvious enough for the inspector to see if there is active termites, so my property manager can notify the company to come back during warranty period?

I made some routine repairs finished the basement, cleaned up the lot and repainted the whole house.
