Single Family home I bought with a conventional loan with 3.5% down. My first vision for the place was to house hack the place and get a couple roommates. However after taking a new job I turned it into a conventional rental. I made some routine repairs finished the basement, cleaned up the lot and repainted the whole house. It has good cash flow and year over year appreciation.
