There is a free trial option that I'm aware of but I believe the program caps you after sending five documents.

Basically I was gonna use the 7 day free trial to my advantage and pay the 97 a month and then do the skiptracing and cold calling and try to get the properties under contract and collect the monayyyyy

I feel like there's some variation as one or two or three rooms might be vacant at a time.

The Magistrate wrote up a trial settlement that required tenants to pay December rent by 3pm yesterday to which they said “We dont have the money” and my atty said “You wanted to pay December rent where is that money?”

You don't have enough scale to be part of their "Team" and you're expending a lot of efforts and Trial/Errors in relationships for single investments.  

It will take a little trial and error to find good tradesman.

@Chris Seveney I just hired one on a trial basis and they asked to be named as additional insured on my homeowners insurance.

I did a bit of research and trials and found Rentec Direct to fit my needs.
