They went through 9 managers in 3 months in our market, have a rampant nepotism problem that starts at the top, and kept changing things so fast it became a really toxic work environment really quickly.

If it was a meth lab you'll need to contact the city to obtain special permitting as well as testing to ensure that it doesn't have toxic chemicals and is safe for occupancy.

I also sleep better at night.When I have a serious problem or I fail spectacularly at something, I irritatedly ask the question: "how do I make this NEVER happen again?" 

Hey @Clint Koehn, I'm sorry you've had this experience with a Property Manager in OKC :( Folks like Tracy and I are trying to drain this swamp and make property management in Oklahoma City a light thing and not a toxic drain.  

I found that what irritated me the most was working long days on the flight line while some guy that was basically bad at his job worked handing tools out at the same pay.

Boring and irritating, right?

On the flipside if you had a marina that did not service boats  in any way you could always put condos next to it just be very very careful about ground water quality soil quality previous spills all kinds of fun stuff and by fun stuff I mean everything having to do with the boat is toxic  in the eyes of the Manatee huggers and if you're going to build on it you may have to clean it up first .

That's was my experience but DC is very bureaucratic and irritating so who knows now.

However, after listening to some information about the bill, I feel irritated.
