Credit scores are not a factor in the NACA program whatsoever. 

The law makes no sense but it appears not to have much teeth to it.

Submitted some offers, got one accepted and boom, I have a house.A year later I'm now pursuing a small multi-family and it's like I'm pulling teeth to see some properties over here.

I would not recommend this zip whatsoever for out of town folks who don't know the city (unless they have folks on the ground here they trust without a shadow of a doubt).    

Yes im tired initially when i get up but as i start brushing my teeth and moving around the tiredness wears off.

I follow dave's strategy in my personal life. ( personal residence is owned outright) absolutely zero personal debt whatsoever, which means I have to drive a 7 year old truck... im ok with that. 

It was difficult for me to get started at first as I was so angry at the mother I wanted to reach over and slap her teeth right out of her head for what she called the young woman.I said a lease is a legal contract, however, if the first young woman did not wish to move in she needed to begin the job of finding a suitable replacement for herself.
