Todays interest rate environment it is not a bad idea because it will be challenging to get returns that meet your interest rate you are payingIf your loan is 2-3% I would out the money in an account earning 4-5% compared to paying down a 3% mortgage - but I also get the stress relief of having a low mortgage and lots of equity

That's why I stress the importance of building a relationship first.

Yes, Note and D/T can be done by a TC, but not the contract.

My spouse, who was relatively new to me at the time 6 years ago continuously stressed the importance of owning our own home.

And I'd rather them have less compensation-related stress as well, as that's a major cause of turnover.
