I just looked at them and said DUDE this no work.. these assets are not sustainable for anyone but a local mom and pop who is in the asset what your paying for it.. not the inflated value your putting on them

@Zak BocaI'll reiterate what @Tamiel Kenney1) Do a research of many different RE investing options out there to figure out what resonates best with your skill set/time commitment/availability2) Narrow your choice to ONE niche only.

The summary was that 30k properties generally couldn't produce rent high enough to sustain the cost of long term CapEx and maintenance.

Has anybody had success getting their first few properties cash-flowing and then documenting that as sustained income for conventional financing on a new deal? 

The people who sustained asbestos related injuries were people who worked in industrial settings in the trades, boilermakers and such. 

It shows them that I care, I've thought of them, and I want to go that extra step to make sure they feel comfortable and happy.Is this sustainable? 

Given these farms had been in the families since homesteading, financing was not involved, however in one instance, the rent was used to sustain my Grandmother into her 90s.  

This number is a minimum and could possibly be increased this is just where I know for sure I can sustain.

I resonate well with the quote above from the article as everything in this business is a function of supply and demand.
