For me, that's one of the signals to NOT buy it. 

If you and seller paid perfect history maybe no problem but if serviced by SPS or one of the aggressive servicers it's a smoke signal. 

If there's poor communication, that's one of the quickest ways to lose investor trust (and a good signal to not reinvest with them).

These buyers make really good money, and likely wouldn't understand why you'd be driving a 1998 Toyota corolla (example), not to mention-- it would signal you're not very good at your job, people absolutely judge.
