If the problem is as bad as you say, you have multiple points of entry and breeding. 

That is a much rarer breed, mostly because the numbers are tough.I am here, not going anywhere in the near-term.

If someone asks about a larger dog, I consider it depending on the breed.I don't allow certain breeds (pit bulls, Cane Corso etc) and charge a $50 per dog per stay.I have had one person balk at the 50 bucks.

I do restrict some breeds based on insurance actuarial info, but it really never is a problem.We have had very little damage from the dogs.

Because if it wasn't for her letter stating that exact dog breed, that breed wouldn't be there.

We do restrict breeds so as not to get aggressive animals.

., love em'... also.. there are some with the same basic criteria... but lots, and lots of activity, and activity breeds crime.. if people just stand around and don't have jobs, they pay attention to what's going on.. what's going in the house, and know when you/contractors won't be there.. don't be stupid, these people are "opportunistic"  and will grab anything they can sell quickly and easily.   

after a few years she had to go in for some repair, and they had turned the place into a pet breeding operation, as hundreds of lizards, cats, dogs you name it and caused thousands in damages.

Check with your insurance if they restrict specific breeds of animals. 

And by "slack", of course I mean poo, lol.I do have some breed restrictions and I don't allow puppies.
