In fact, given current boom in Stock market, one is way better off investing there.

If they are, I would pay them off first.I would invest in a different market(likely bigger market) where you can find reliable contractors or find a PM that will be able to manage the properties.

After two years, if everything is going well, I might explore the BRRRR method.For now, I’m focusing on the Austin market, but I’m open to exploring other markets in the future.

At that percentage on that rent amount I suspect it is not all inclusive, but I do not know that market.
