Bloomfield schools are not the best, though some of the elementary schools are quite nice. 

How are the schools in that area?

Let's say he was enrolled in college or just graduated - Nathan not sure if you know this but you do realize college is credit for employment and covers the gap.

When you were in high school, you probably also had a challenge trying to figure out what you wanted to do after you graduated. 

@Noah Bacon my sister was the one put down over 250K down payment for the house, I had been helping paying their mortgage for most of the time because my nephew has no money since he is still in school, just his name is on the loan and title.

Our concern with this is that our current primary is across from the best school in our area on a cul-de-sac lot and we feel it will continue to grow at a high rate and don’t want to miss out on that. 

There is two properties I'm going to look at tomorrow morning. 1 is in York City in a good block relative to the area and another I'm really excited about in northeastern school district that has opportunity for value add and is priced appropriately.

Luckily I was driving over with my son to move all his stuff from his apartment to a storage unit at WSU so he can move into a single apartment for his grad school work.I was thinking it was the 2 water line screens.

Either way its two great spots both for schools and overall strong growth in residential and commercial.
