Make sure your leases / roommates agreements have language for roommates (roommate duties, common areas clean/clutter free, dishes).

We previously had a satellite office in Jacksonville, FL that we operated for 9 years before selling in 2017. 

On afternoon of Feb 1st, they move out the belongs they wanted, leaving house filthy & various items, broken furniture, bags of trash, clothing & dishes inside house & in overflowing trash & recycling bins & on carport, according to neighbor who checked thru window to see if they were out.

Is it easy to install this, plumbers cost a ton of money, I've already dished out too much into the property.Im from boonton, nj.

@Dan WeberFurthermore you’re right we don’t plan to be here long we are using the extra income from this rent hack combined with my 500 a month truck payment I no longer have to dish out to purchase our second duplex.

I have found a honey pot when it comes to apps on the Iridium satellite network.

I get this is a small kitchen, but because of that, you won't have a dishwasher and it is going to be very hard to do dishes in a an 18" or smaller sink.  

Same goes for burb's and satellite cities. 

Listen to your mother and do the dishes every night to stay humble.
