I am relatively new to wholesaling and am wondering if you would consider it a good idea to hire a cold caller now or should I wait til I have more experience with it to delegate those kind of tasks.If so, do you pay them a percentage of your profits or pay hourly?

I don't think its related to the caller being male or female but I can see how it could be seen that way. 

The trouble is that if a good piece of copy is mailed to a poor list you will spend almost all of your time screening unhappy callers.
