hey guys I'm a realtor for kw in south carolina.  I'm venturing in on my niche which is investing.  What tools do I need to start up and be successful.  Such as what phone number app is good?  Management apps,  business apps,  taxes and mileage organizing apps,  and ect.

I would start with what by learning what investors are investing in your market. Then slowly become an expert in a few niche areas of your market.

The things above you mentioned is more like the paper and pens on my desk. Not really anything to do with real estate. Well yes and no. At the same time use this site for education ( investing and selling )

Hope this helps
