Hello fellow BP'sIn a pinch!

If I get into a pinch, I can use a credit card to pay for a temporary repair and use cash flow to pay of the min balance until the funds free up at the 12 month mark.  

I want her to not have to penny pinch in order to keep her IRA withdrawals low, but it's also difficult to watch a family home disappear.

As long as you keep decent reserves so you don't get in a major pinch in which you have to sell, I think you're alright.To that point, though, I guess the scenario should account for that.

Do you have people you could borrow from in a pinch?

I am currently in a bit of a pinch as I have lost my corporate gig and am i slowly starting my own venture.

I have developer friends and other investors even if they are a broker/agent have another company list and sell for them because they have other things they want to do.Some people can pinch pennies by stepping over dollars or they can have an ego superiority type complex.

Lumber and steel are up and that's pinched my returns. 

He'll come over and automatically say that he doesn't see anything majorly wrong even though he knows inside it's bad workmanship.I just sense all these contractors are just either getting more greedy or they are feeling the pinch.
