Hello world of BP, my name is Isabelle Dufour and I live in Denver Colorado.

in the last 3 years, i have been investing in the short term rentals. In the last few months i have been renting all of them and moving around depending on what is not rented.

My real estate goals would be to purchase additional single family homes or possibly some multi family properties.  Part of my passion with the short term rentals has been furnishing each property and choosing theme for each properties.

I came to learn about BiggerPockets last week as I joined Menthorathon and Josh's website was described in his Bio.

I am currently in a bit of a pinch as I have lost my corporate gig and am i slowly starting my own venture. At this point I don't know if I am at a stand still or if it is still possible to continue investing without the "pay stubs" to guarantee loans.  There are probably other options out there but I am not familiar with any of them.

Thanks in advance for al your up-coming support!
