Maybe you can help the investors you meet with all the miscellaneous tasks involved with investing like picking up rent checks, turning over properties for new tenants, or even just driving by occasionally to make sure their properties are in good condition.I'd also recommend spending a lot of time looking at all the homes you're targeting in your area, both online and in person.

We have LVP in some kitchen/bath areas and it is holding up well, but if you have a choice tile.The only caveat I can think of is aesthetically having all one floor is more pleasing than many room transitions.

There's language that covers all manner of possible issues, and it's 6 pages long, so I'm reviewing again since I'm looking to do MTR now.Considering I'd "only house-hack" right now for MTR, does anyone have advice about whether or not KeyCheck would be enough for all my house-hacking needs as an owner-occupied landlord, especially in terms of the leases offered and other necessary requirements (credit/background check, Docu-Sign, Online payment)?

I typically use regional banks to fund my deals but my 2 go-to banks have either slowed or fully stopped investment loans so recently I've connected with several online brokers but all came from ads or they reached out to me vs personal recommendations and intros so I have concerns.
