I mean granted this market is nuts right now and typically some areas that wouldn't sell for much are flying off the shelf but in general I'd lean towards those areas. 

Don't let things start to go wrong.You must work your business so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor.

They urinate and poop all day, the feces attracts fruit flys, it's a mess even when cleaned several times a week.

You can see similar things in Tahoe comparing areas where STR's are allowed versus not, in Panama City Beach, etc.Obviously home prices have gone nuts just about everywhere but by far the most in touristy spots where STR is big.I also live in a resort area where a major ski resort is flumoxed that they can't hire employees even when offering $15/hr which seems like a nice wage. 

I'm not 100% sure who I need to partner with but here are the nuts and bolts:I put my money in with a larger group to lend money to a hospital.

However, now that I am seeing the fruits of owning just a single property, I'm hooked on rentals. 

I am also an animal rights nut too, so double bonus.

It doesn’t sound like I’m nuts for wanting so much put away.
