Sorry I have no experience with the guy.That said, the chances are very good that finance guru stuff that you buy as a "program" or "strategy" will be bogus, inaccurate, insufficient, not applicable to your area, and may be illegal.

Basically, you're considering buying the debt for which the property is the collateral.That means you would be standing in the same position as the current lender.Besides the likely requirement to buy notes for cash, your numbers are insufficient in my book to make a decision.If occupied, count on delays from borrower filing BK.
