I have a built in oven / microwave combo, dumbest thing I've ever seen

I don't need to tell them again that bouncing on a trampoline may result in injury or that cooking small animals in microwaves may result in death of the animal. 

I also had a microwave repaired under warranty at my primary.

So if grandma or your dumb cousin Eddie who can't program a microwave want to go solar, a company like us is their best bet.

I agree with @Clint G.I've been 50-50 on properties with and without W&D (and microwave) through the years.Theresa Harris is correct though.

Cook plenty and don't be so picky with your leftovers where you are free to microwave them for a quick on the go bite on the way to wherever you are going to get out of the house.

Kitchenette: To add a kitchenette, you will need to install plumbing lines to the location of the sink and any appliances you plan to include, such as a mini-fridge or microwave.

Make sure all your tenants know where their breaker box is in the basement because if they run a vacuum and microwave at the same time they will earn themselves a trip to the basement to flip the breaker.
