And after a few years, do you see that you saved more money then you paid for membership & service calls?

I got a Pro membership, bought and read almost every BiggerPockets book, and have listened to about 120 podcasts so far.

I have been looking for brokers for a while and I found out (Broker A) is based on the 100% commission model, charges for errors and omissions insurance ($5 dollars per thousand) & I found out it was 20% out of the 100% commission, plus $100 for membership with REBNY, but no transaction fees.

Having your license, insurance, MLS, Realtor Association memberships, etc costs north of $1,200/year.  

I like the Bigger Pockets Calculator but I'm not paying what they want for a pro membership these days.

@Anthony WickRent.com, zillow (open to your suggestions on more comp sites) The clubhouse is amazing including 4 pools, indoor basketball court, arcade / gaming room, 3500 sq ft gym with everything you could find with a paid gym membership.
