I am an investor who just obtained the salesperson license in Massachusetts.  

The cost of stuff today is absurd, especially since we only use licensed and insured vendors who don't require deposits upfront for work. 

The lender's licensing and their attorney's interpretation of the Ohio statutes is what will determine if the lender will provide PPP options or not. 

I have a couple thousand "cold leads" to go through, they are all the homes in the area with a TPT license, so I know a lot of them are trash.

The company itself is pretty much finished and the owner has had her licenses suspended indefinitely

My guess is your neighbors are operating without a permit.So there's an incentive to not even apply for a license.

I'm a licensed agent so I put my listing on the MLS.

I doubt 99% of those that were drafted have been licensed for circulation beyond the intended party but that's besides the point.
