Start a thought leadership platform - This one is pending.

There is nobody from the Texas Investors Club leadership associated with that group at all.  

She's not living in shambles but it is a crowded house where she is low on the totem pole of having a say on anything.

Smaller = more horizontal leadership.

It's worth looking into the city leadership when investing in some of these towns.

Since it was not directed  at me as it had appeared,  it was very wrong of me to react as I did.My biggest frustration  was  that the comment that seemed so  insulting c appeared to to be coming from a position  of leadership  and trust.

Not saying one is better or worse, but on average, the leadership of REITs has far more experience than most syndicators. 

We have leadership that is pushing hard to bring in more people with large HOA developments being approved and 1/3 being 55 and over.

I'm thinking of getting a townhouse either in Kirkland (Totem Lake, Juanita) or Bothell, and looking for ones that have en suite bathrooms to rent out.

I’ve spoken to the local leadership who really likes our product but haven’t found any way to accelerate the timeline.I totally agree on remaining focused and diligent on screening tenants, even if they are Section 8 - it is still critical.
