The past few days I've been glued to my laptop reading some really interesting stuff here in the forums.

The kids are already attached to phone, ipad, laptop. 

My business could be incredibly more efficient if I was able to run one of those calculations on the go, rather than having to sit down in front of my laptop for every property.

But in the middle of last month, my laptop crashed and died on me. 

Or bringing laptop to location and doing the plan there?

We have had a similar experience with the lack of response up until last week when i got to talk to Ted who gave me good advice about some things we had questions on.

I dropped my darn laptop today and broke something, so I'm using my husbands desktop and it doesn't have Chrome installed (Chrome works better with Biggerpockets)

It's very tough work and requires expertise in many different areas, but it's key to generating maximum equity and returns.I'm a husband to an amazing wife, father to 4 little boys, and enjoy mountain biking, trail running and backpacking, and volunteering at church.Am really looking forward to getting plugged in here.
