I think your real estate investing can be your second job.  

Any suggestions or names of companies that can do this type of job are greatly appreciated. 

If you plan to do the work yourself, then that is where is becomes less clear especially if a buyer feels you did a less than 100% professional job.

No surprise, this, along with job growth (HP is a large employer) forces prices to stay high as demand creeps up too.

When it comes to being a real estate professional, it actually doesn’t have anything to do with your job title or profession.

Don’t buy more than your job can support. 

Respect their time by giving them the information they need to include or exclude your listing quickly, and then earn their respect by answering all correspondence quickly.Making life easier for the frazzled person trying to do their job is its own reward.

@Jeffrey Evans$1000 to find a deal I agree - there are tons of syndications and funds available for real estate investors today since jobs act that you can invest in and do your own research on.

Columbus is an absolute goldmine right now - it's got robust job growth, a booming tech and university scene, and consistent strong rental demand. 

Depending on the lender and program your biggest hurdles might be credit score and income and time in job.
