I have been seeing a lot of talk about Ohio (Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland), so I wanted to reach out for some advice.

I would like to learn more about analyzing realestate deals, learning more about finding investors, structuring opportunites for other and myself to invest into.Does anyone have any sugguestions on books to read, or people that I can talk to regarding some of these topics?

Strategy you are talking about it definitely something can be done.

Similar to the comments above on using FurnishedFinder, also check Airbnb and sort for 30+ day rental options. in addition, I'd recommend talking to the local university and hospitals nearby by calling to their various departments.

I talk to so many people who regret not getting a PM up front because they are having problems or high eviction rates doing it alone.

I am ready to talk to mortgage lenders and anyone who can help guide me on a financial plan to rebuild my credit and start a small savings to build up to my first house hack deal in Q4 this year in the Raleigh/ research triangle area. 

But 1) you're likely grandfathered in if they ever do, and 2) there are no talks or indications of changing directions on their stance. 3) long term rentals don't cashflow here, but our appreciation is super high.
