I'm trying to immerse myself into the RE investing world and learn as much as I can.

It's all about relationships and market-immersion.  

I was introduced to BiggerPockets by a former landlord and have been totally immersed in the Real Estate Rookie Podcast.I am currently living in Ogden, UT but my girlfriend and I will be moving to Des Moines in June of this year.

Immerse yourself in research, but at some point, pull the trigger and go get one.  

It can be overwhelming at first but you need to immerse yourself in the information for a while so you can start understanding the different niches and what path you'd like to pursue.

I'm 23 years old and have been immersed in the real estate industry since 2018.

I more or less was thinking building a wholesaling business would immerse me in the real estate world, become a means to an end of raising capital, and ultimately give me more deal flow.

The idea is immerse yourself in all that's out there so you can put your team together when you're ready.  

Doing small things to surprise & delight guests makes me extremely happyI feel as if our lives have become much to revolved around technology & it’s just not a good way to live (ironic I am posting this on an online forum 😂)I would love to start a glampiing business that lets people immerse themselves in nature but I need it to be profitable once it’s established. 

I've been immersing myself into risk and loss.
