People don't go to the grocery store or gas station and expect to get food and groceries for free because they're sick. 

And if it's in both units you can buy a couple of extra boxes for the inevitable cracks and store them in your closet.

We are looking at a duplex in an up and coming area in SLC, UT that is near a great park, close to downtown, and starting to see a lot of restaurants and stores coming into the area.

Many big box hardware stores will change the brands they carry literally every single year making it impossible to find what you had installed the year before.

I like that it has a related calendar and also a cloud drive that I can store all of my documents & records on that relate to the properties & their reservations.Another thing I like about Gmail is that you can use "aliases" when replying to emails, so even though an email may arrive in the main inbox you can reply as another email address that you own.
