@Robert KirkleySplitting hairs on my part, but my point is you can’t unsee things.It reminded me of a resume I received years ago.

I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but some banks write HELOCs in their residential department....which won't write Investment Properties.  

The more you own of anything (stores, restaurants, houses, hair salons, whatever) there is a benefit. 

The pipe was in good shape and the roots discovered, both in the tank and line, were very small....like hair.

Dogs under 30 pounds are okay, but larger dogs can cause damage, hair, odors and damages to the floor, cabinets, doors and yards that cost thousand of dollars to repair.

Hair smexie as can be smelled a lil funny and ( was going to say "but"... but that makes no sense so I kept it as "and") was brilliant beyond comprehension.

[Short Term Rental]Scenario 1: Guest plants a DHH (dreaded human hair) in the refrigerator.

When we got upstairs, it was so dirty I almost hired a cleaner because every inch of the unit was covered in dog hair, including the inside of the fridge.
