Account Closed It's an interesting concept...I wasn't aware of the numerous tools out there...as an agent, we have access to Core Logic data and REALTORS Property Resource...we can grab 2 AVM's and RVM (Realtors Valuation Model) based on direct feedback from agents in the market...but that is all I have ever used.

On top of this, you need to be able to determine if a property is a good deal, and you then need to pull the trigger immediately or someone else will grab it.

People are interested at $2800 will probably grab someone at $2600.in just the 6months we have owned this new build the value has gone to $640-$730 using the purview appraisal site mortgage brokers pay to use and comparing to the local market.

Visit ask questions get lost and grab lunch at some hole in the wall.This way when you get mugged two blocks from the property leaving a liquor store because you can't find anything else... you'll have saved yourself from buying something that looked fantastic on paper.On a slightly more serious note...the realtor will make you feel like you're a deal on a good house and you'll be pumped.The inspection will make you feel like you're buying the biggest money pit you've ever seen.
