When I was a tenant, admittedly a long time ago, I would turn off the air conditioning when I went away for a weekend in the summer, even though I was not paying for the heat/air condtioning.

I wouldn't imaging the state where the entity is registered makes a big difference for most buying and selling purposes as long as you can provide all of the required documents for title purposes.

I've done and been a part of many Chicago zoning changes...they take a very long time and a lot of upfront money...unless you are planning to add multiple units and do a full renovation, the ROI is probably not there.

My chief complaint is the lack of communication and an actual project management plan... thats good news I know some lenders get pretty concerned when construction is so slow.. but sounds like a great deal and I know RTR will be there every step for you guys.. did not realize they were the conduit for this transaction.
