I would like to deal in commercial property ,but I'm going to take down a few residential properties first, to build up some $$$ to play with the big boys (& girls).

And yeah - i realize that little flip would be peanuts, but a girls gotta start somewhere.

I over see and manage the REO Department and Real Estate Practice... and then I go home and help the wife with three girls under 4 years old----'REO is easier!

We did a lease option for a younger girl once who had credit below our guidelines and marginal income because she had $23K she wanted to put as an option deposit.

The girls I hang out with are just dates or girlfriends.

The book resonated with me.My inspiration is my family, with 3 girls, twin 2 year olds and a 5 year old, I have a feeling that I'm going to need some some serious money in about 12 years or so. ;) The book that got me started taking action was "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" by T.

The best part of the story... the girl that won opened her purse FULL OF CASH and started counting it out to the ref.

Well, and here it comes, about halfway through the prodject my son comes home from a trip to Florida and tells my wifr and I that hr meet a nice girl down there and wants to move there.
