Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm somewhat of a newbie. I have experience in deal finding, property management, rehabbing, etc. The only thing is I did it for other people. I'm starting to invest for myself now & it's feels a little different. But I got tired of watching other people get rich & decided to throw my hat in the ring. I would like to deal in commercial property ,but I'm going to take down a few residential properties first, to build up some $$$ to play with the big boys (& girls). Looking forward to digging into this forum & finding some good info & advice.
