We're getting $1950 rent.Re-reading my original post made me laugh as an applicant alerted me today that one of my houses is listed on Craigslist at $1200/mo and when I looked, it was a scam-someone had stolen my pics and content and reposted with their contact info.

I should also note that a lot of negativity about turnkey also comes from the occasional scam artist calling their 'business' turnkey, when it's absolutely not.

If you hit a dead end, call the Attorney General's Office or State's Attorney (not sure what they call it in NJ), and they will very quickly know if this is a scam, because if it is, you are not the first one to call in.
