If there is a mortgage on your primary residence and you are trying to deed your primary residence property to an LLC, you will need to check with your mortgage company if they allow it.

My wife and I started managing more properties for others as word of mouth recommendations started and we started to use the management and arbitrage cash flow to acquire our own properties and fund the BRRRs we were working on.  

The other tenants would call the management company on Saturday to report the air conditioning failure and were told that a service person would fix the problem on Monday. 

I am currently living out of state so I have hired a property management company to handle this task, however, my home is still sitting vacant with very few prospective tenants.
