I am getting pretty frustrated because every offer I have put on a property with the intention of renovating has not been accepted and when I find out how much it ended up going for my offer is always significantly lower even though most of the time I go in above asking price.

That must be frustrating. 

These systems and gurus who charge these outrageous fees is frustrating sometimes.

It is an apartment, the ex wife has lived there, and it has noy been rented.I'm being told now that my half of the final sales price will be "withheld" at 5% which takes my earning from $8-9k to a little over $2k, frustrating. 

It can be very frustrating to turn away so many applicants- and it is a frustration that only a "no pets" landlord can experience. 

I suspect that's very frustrating for lots of travelers and sends them back to searching again.  

it's a lot of money and i won't let them get away with it --___--    plus i'm facing serious renovation cost after they moved out, the place was a total wreck :( any good advice or reference would be really appreciated.Side notes: I think the judicial system hate landlords with a passion, I can't understand for the life of me why i need to bring the tenant to court t a second time to ask the judge the same thing we took them to court at the first place, it's ridiculous and frustrating, the system allow people to get away with your money but you can't owe them a penny and this is ******** !!!!!

Invest like it is.It's frustrating to watch as a former appraiser.

Not knowing anything about it and jumping into it could be an expedited learning curve but most likely not and will be extremely frustrating for you. 

Whole thing is frustrating at this point
