Great job United Van Lines.We got to CO (Lamar) on Wednesday late afternoon and fiinished the drive on Thursday, we were both kind of beat form all the "stuff' leading up to the closing and moving.Anyway we were in our house by 3:00PM and enjoying ourselves.Looking forward to seeing everyone at the get together on May 5th.all cash[/code]

It seems to me that an organizer might not be necessary, if anyone had a Q&A they wanted to write up, they could do it and submit it, but even better, there are probably a lot of posts already written that would serve well in a FAQ, so when someone noticed that a common question was answered, the text could just be cut and pasted into the FAQ page and then after a while it could be turned into a formal FAQ with minimal work.

Add to that, the courts here usually favour the tennant and NOT the landlord in any disputes.So the way I see it, as a renter, they pretty much have resigned themselves to the fact that the DD is just a formality and if they are going to trash the place they will regardless of the 500 or 1000 I have as a deposit.
