They are nice people that actually help me around the yard, bring flowers for the front of the house etc. 

I would not pay any attention to her comments, IMO, they're unreasonable.Keep an eye on future comments, and maybe try to add some inexpensive amenities like a Keurig, wine or flowers....?

Maybe you can take high quality listing photos, create custom flower beds for LTRs, cold call people on someone's lead sheet, or go work for a local realtor/lender/inspector/GC/property manager doing whatever they need you to do.

You thought the tenants would actually maintain, weed and mulch a dozend flower beds..18.

Our neighbors dog barks when they hear us on the other side of the fence working on the flower beds or whatever.
