But at the same time, I still say getting your lender's licence, figuring out the contracts, regulatory compliance and gaining a basic understanding of finance in areas such as LTV, interest payments, payments in kind, origination/ticking fees, etc....all that stuff is still 100x easier than wholesaling.

In fact, the only thing I could find was a Fictitious Business Name/DBA registered with the County of Los Angeles which was just filed May 25th of last year:Again, I don't know if they're legit or not as I've never heard of them.
