Many of those flips are beautifully restored mansions in Boston Edison or Palmer Woods that require large outlays, but there are also the smaller projects in West Village, Corktown and the North End.  

We vacation annually not far from Dolphin Village.

A bit bizarre.Property + school + possible village / town taxes in places like E Syr and Fayetteville might eat your margins alive.

The Crenshaw District, Leimert Village, and Inglewood seem to be poised for future rejuvenation and gentrification.  

Checked your site, nice info on places like The Villages, though having to use a bottom slide bar to read was a minor irritation.

This little two square mile village just does not get much traction.
