Although we both agree we need to start prepping and are excited to make our decisions, my husband is very religious about not leveraging our primary home for other investments.

We were able to learn so much so quickly thanks to the podcasts and now I'm excitedly getting to know the forums.

However, after a successful first wholesale deal, I realized wholesaling wasn't the right fit for me and I took a break from real estate to explore other opportunities.I'm now excited to dive back into real estate investing and am eager to network with other investors and real estate professionals in the area.
